Ronald W. Sadowski entered the practice of law in 1978 as an Assistant In 1982, Mr. Sadowski left the State’s Attorney’s Office to engage in the private practice of law specializing in criminal defense of felony, misdemeanor, juvenile as well as DUI and traffic related cases, serving clients in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will Counties. Ronald W. Sadowski has successfully defended clients whose charges have ranged from murder, reckless homicide, drug possession and delivery, mail fraud, to driving under the influence of alcohol at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Sadowski is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, all courts in the State of Illinois including the Illinois Supreme Court and is a member of the trial bar of the Federal Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Additionally, he is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, the DuPage County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the National Advocates Society and the Chicago Advocates Society. Ronald W. Sadowski lives in Wheaton with his wife Dr. Vickyann Chrobak and daughter Ann. Robert J. Zotti entered the practice of law in April of 1979 when he joined a law firm specializing in litigation. Over the next six years, he garnered extensive trial experience in both bench and jury trials. In 1985, Mr. Zotti opened his own law offices serving clients in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry and Will Counties. The representation of his clients has involved civil litigation, personal injury, worker’s compensation, divorce, probate, real estate, insurance defense, administrative proceedings before various hearing boards, as well as business organization and transactions. Robert J. Zotti has extensive trial experience and has obtained several substantial judgments and settlements on behalf of his clients in personal injury matters including a 1.80 million dollar award in a wrongful death case against a nursing facility for allowing a mental patient to escape. Mr. Zotti also handles difficult family matters with compassion and respect for the parties involved. He has successfully prosecuted and defended child custody cases as well as complex divorce cases involving contested business valuations. Robert J. Zotti has been the Prosecutor for the Village of Villa Park since 1991. He was the Prosecutor for the City of Elmhurst between 1995 and 1997. Mr. Zotti is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association, and is a member of the trial bar of the Federal Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Robert J. Zotti lives in Western Springs with his wife Barb and their five children. He is active in several church and civic organizations as well as coaching youth baseball, football, basketball and officiating for AYSO soccer.
